Specific Performance of Obligations. LICENSEE warrants, represents and agrees that damages alone are insufficient as a remedy for any breach of LICENSEE's obligations under Subparagraphs 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 10.5 (ii) and (iii), and in the event of any such breach, LICENSOR shall be entitled to relief by specific performance. LICENSOR warrants, represents and agrees that damages alone are insufficient as a remedy for any breach of LICENSOR's obligations under Subparagraphs 4.3, 7.1 and 8, and in the event of any such breach, LICENSOR shall be entitled to relief by specific performance.
