Inspection and Information. 4.1. At all times before the Delivery Date or the Completion Date (as the case may be), the Supplier must keep the Company fully informed on all aspects of the progress of delivery of the Goods and/or the performance of any Services.
4.2. A representative of the Supplier must, if requested by the Company, meet to discuss the provision of the Goods and/or Services, the progress of the Supplier’s participation in any continuous improvement initiatives and to exchange information that will assist the parties to identify performance efficiencies resulting in the Goods and/or Services being provided to the Company at the lowest possible cost and earliest possible opportunity (save that nothing in this clause 4.2 requires the Supplier to agree to provide the Goods and/or Services on terms other than the terms set out in this Agreement).
4.3. The Supplier must provide to the Company at its request:
(a) Technical Materials relating to the Goods and/or Services;
(b) progress reports setting out, in such detail as the Company requests, the different stages of design, manufacture and testing of the Goods and/or Services; and
(c) annual training for all Company or Site Personnel in respect of the unloading, storage and use of the Goods.
4.4. At all reasonable times, the Company has the right to access the Goods and:
(a) inspect, examine and witness tests on the Goods or, the performance of the Goods;
(b) inspect, examine and witness tests on any Services or their results; and
(c) carry out site inspections, at the Supplier’s premises and at the premises of any of the Supplier’s sub-contractors where the supply of Goods and/or Services is undertaken, including any preparation for the supply.
4.5. The Supplier agrees to ensure that the Company and its representatives are provided with access to the premises referred to in clause 4.4 and that all facilities required for the Company and its representatives to inspect, examine and witness the testing of the Goods and/or Services are made available to them.
4.6. The Supplier must advise the Company when any part of the Services has been completed and is ready for review, inspection, examination or witnessing of testing.
4.7. The Supplier must give the Company and its representatives not less than 5 business days’ prior notice of the date the Goods will be ready for delivery, final inspection or for performance tests prior to delivery, so that the Company or its representatives can be present at such inspection or tests.

Inspection and Information. Debtor will keep adequate records concerning the Collateral and will permit Secured Party and all representatives appointed by Secured Party, including independent accountants, agents, attorneys, appraisers and any other persons, to inspect any of the Collateral and the books and records of or relating to the Collateral at any time during normal business hours, and to make photocopies and photographs thereof, and to write down and record any information as such representatives shall obtain. Debtor will furnish to Secured Party any information which Secured Party may from time to time request concerning any covenant, provision or representation contained herein or any other matter in connection with the Collateral or Debtor's business, properties, or financial condition.
Inspection and Information. Debtor will furnish to Secured Party and each Lender any information which Secured Party may from time to time reasonably request on behalf of itself or any Lender concerning the Collateral, any covenant, provision or condition of this Agreement, or any matter in connection with Debtor’s businesses and operations. Debtor shall permit representatives and independent contractors of the Secured Party to make such visitations and inspections on the terms as provided in Section 6.10 of the Credit Agreement. Secured party and each Lender hereby agree that it will, at all times, abide by the terms of Section 10.08 of the Credit Agreement regarding treatment of confidential information.
Inspection and Information. At reasonable intervals during the Lease Term and at any time at which a Lease Default has occurred and is continuing, the Program Lessor and its representatives shall have the right, but not the duty, to inspect the 2000-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate and all records relating thereto, including all records relating to the receipt or distribution of funds with respect to the 2000-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate.
Inspection and Information. The Borrower agrees upon the reasonable request of the Security Trustee, to perform an inspection or to allow the Security Trustee or its designated representative to perform an inspection, of the Aircraft and/or Aircraft Documents to the extent permitted by, and in compliance with, Section 12 of the Lease and to provide copies of any inspection reports to the Security Trustee and the Participants.
Inspection and Information. 5.17.1 It is hereby agreed between the Parties that AAI shall have the right to examine the books, records and accounts to be kept by the JVC and shall be entitled to receive all information, including monthly management accounts and operating statistics and other trading and financial information.
Inspection and Information. At reasonable intervals during the Lease Term and at any time a Lease Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Program Lessor and its representatives shall have the right, but not the duty, to inspect the Series 1996-1 Certificates and all records related thereto, including all records relating to the receipt or distribution of funds with respect to the Series 1996-1 Certificates.
Inspection and Information. Programmed may inspect Works and some Records.
9.1. At all reasonable times (including at relevant times during progress stages if applicable), Programmed may itself or through an agent and at its cost review, inspect, examine and witness tests of the Works, or the performance of any Works; and carry out inspections, at the Site or the Vendor’s premises.
9.2. The Vendor must advise Programmed when any part of the Works has been completed and is ready for review, inspection, examination or testing.
9.3. The Vendor must keep and maintain all Records in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards, principles and practices in Australia and in a form acceptable to Programmed for not less than seven (7) years after the termination or Completion Date of the Contract.
9.4. At Programmed’s (or a Customer’s) reasonable request, the Vendor will give Programmed (or a third party selected by Programmed) access to the Records for the purpose of enabling Programmed to assess the Vendor’s compliance with its contractual obligations.
Inspection and Information. The Optionee may on or prior to the Closing hereunder, through its representatives and counsel, make such investigation of the business, properties and assets, and of the financial legal condition of the Optionor as it may deem necessary or advisable, and the Optionor agrees, at its expense, to cooperate therewith and make all persons and documents relevant to such inquiry reasonably available.
Inspection and Information. The Buyer may on or prior to the Closing -------------------------- hereunder, through its representatives and counsel, make such investigation of the business, properties and assets, and of the financial and legal condition of the Company and the Subject Business, as the Buyer may deem necessary or advisable, and the Seller agrees, at its expense, to cooperate therewith and make all persons and documents relevant to such inquiry reasonably available.
