Specific Performance of the Agreement. 9.6.1 The Parties acknowledge that a breach of the obligations contained herein would result in injuries. The parties hereby also agree that this Agreement is specifically enforceable at the instance of either Party. 9.6.2 Subject to Applicable Law and as granted by the court of appropriate jurisdiction, Parties acknowledge that either party shall be entitled to seek specific performance of this Agreement in the event of a breach of the obligations or the terms and conditions contained herein.
