SPECIFIC POWERS OF GENERAL PARTNER. Subject to Section 5.03, the General Partner is hereby granted the right, power and authority to do on behalf of the Partnership all things which, in its sole judgment, are necessary, proper, desirable, convenient or incidental to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Partnership under this Agreement.
