CONTRACT FOR INSURANCE. To acquire and enter into any contract for insurance, or have the Partnership named as on additional insured, which the General Partner deems necessary or appropriate for the protection of the Partnership and the General Partner, for the conservation of Partnership assets, or for any purpose convenient or beneficial to the Partnership.
