Specific Provisions. 1. The accommodation provider is not liable for money, jewellery and other valuables, worth more than € 331.94. 2. By signing this agreement, the resident confirms the takeover the inventory in the allocated room. The resident is obliged to report inconsistencies with the inventory record or found deficiencies within 3 days of the beginnig of the accommodation. 3. In accordance with Act No. 122/2013 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, the resident agrees that AP collects, processes and stores their personal data for the registration of the residents.
