These Custody Terms shall apply if, at your request, we agree to hold in custody any Asset on your behalf, whether in Singapore or elsewhere. For the avoidance of doubt, these Custody Terms shall not apply to any Gold Bullion held by us on your behalf pursuant to the Gold Bullion Terms.

These requirements may be at short notice or may change due to the changing environment, markets or regulatory landscape in jurisdictions that may have some relevance (directly or indirectly) to your Transaction or the services. Where appropriate, we may authorise such Agent to delegate the performance of some or all of its duties;

  • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS.
