Specific trusts to be separate. If the Trustees accept a trust for any specific purpose as outlined in clause 12.1 they must keep the property subject to such trust and any income derived from it separate from the Trust Assets, and administer that property and income as a separate specific trust in terms of the trust under which it was accepted.
