Donations It is recognized that the Employer may sponsor donations to worthy charitable organizations. However, no employee shall be required to make contributions nor shall any employee be told a specific amount he should contribute. There shall be no compulsion with regard to such contributions.
No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.
Gifts X. XXXXXXX is familiar with CITY's prohibition against the acceptance of any gift by a CITY officer or designated employee, which prohibition is found in Chapter 12.08 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code. X. XXXXXXX agrees not to offer any CITY officer or designated employee any gift prohibited by said Chapter. C. The offer or giving of any gift prohibited by Chapter 12.08 shall constitute a material breach of this AGREEMENT by GRANTEE. In addition to any other remedies CITY may have in law or equity, CITY may terminate this AGREEMENT for such breach as provided in Section 10 of this AGREEMENT.
Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.
Kickbacks The Contractor certifies and warrants that no gratuities, kickbacks or contingency fees were paid in connection with this contract, nor were any fees, commissions, gifts, or other considerations made contingent upon the award of this Contract. If the Contractor breaches or violates this warranty, City may, at its discretion, terminate this Contract without liability to City, or deduct from the contract price or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of any commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingency fee.
No Gratuities Contractor has not directly or indirectly offered or given any gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise), to any Judicial Branch Personnel with a view toward securing this Agreement or securing favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of this Agreement.
No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.

No Gifts Vendor shall not give a gift or make an expenditure to or for the personal benefit of a Citizens officer or employee.
Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.
