SPECIFIC UTILIZATION CONDITION Clause Samples

(i) specify on the payment documents, the location in the documents wherelethveanrt expenses are mentioned,as well as the source from which payments are made (e.g.own funds,loan);
(ii) provide the Bank with the duly fille-idn payment instruments, in a form satisfactory to the Bank, whereby the Bank is instructed to make the CreadcitilFity payments.
