Specification Number   Rev   Title. None Included In the case of a conflict between the requirements of the Technical Specifications and those of the listed referenced Standards, the requirements of the most stringent specification shall prevail. If there is a question as to whether any material, product, or system is in conformance with applicable Standards, then the Contractor shall pay the costs associated with any testing or certification to demonstrate conformance. Any reference to “Engineer” or “Consultant” contained within the LGL Technical Specifications shall have the meaning of LGL. The Technical Specifications are contained in Section 13.
