Common use of Specification of Charges Clause in Contracts

Specification of Charges. The Specification of Charges to be noticed pursuant to paragraph 3 shall include a Statement of Facts constituting conduct for which discipline is to be imposed, together with a Statement of Specific Rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, policies, or performance standards which the employee is alleged to have violated. The Specification of Charges shall be signed by the Sheriff or his designee.
