SPECIFICATION OF DELIVERY. If the Precious Metals Dealer is unable to transport the physical gold in accordance with the instructions of the Delivery Application, it may, upon approval from the Sponsor, choose an alternate means of delivery of the physical gold to the Delivery Applicant, provided that the Precious Metals Dealer shall only use reputable, nationally recognized delivery or armored carrier services to deliver the physical gold.
