Specifications, Determinations and Approvals. (a) Wherever in this Agreement, including the Appendices, the Company has the right to give specifications, determinations or approvals, such specifications, determinations or approvals shall be given in accordance with the Company's standard practices, policies and procedures, which may include the Company’s Electric Service Installation Manual, the Company’s Engineering Standard Practice Manual and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (“IEEE”) guides and standards for protective relaying systems.
