Common use of Specified Equipment Clause in Contracts

Specified Equipment. The Specified Equipment will include:  diesel-powered locomotives suitable for haulage of the Services; and  wagon types suitable for the carriage of Goods (including but not limited to coal, ore, bulk liquids, steel, containers, paper and pallets).
