Specified Non-Participating Provider Services. The services listed below are covered at the same benefit level as the type of service benefit shown in the schedule above for participating provider benefits. You are not required to receive these services from a participating provider. For example, an office visit (whether by a participating provider or a non-participating provider) for the services listed below will be covered at the participating provider benefit level.
