Speculation in Land Prohibited. Participant covenants and agrees that it shall use, maintain, and transfer the Property in such a manner as to prevent speculation and/or excess profit taking in the dealership, collision center, and/or Property within the meaning of California Health and Safety Code Section 33437.5 as that section exists on the date this Agreement was recorded or as it may thereafter be amended, repealed and reenacted, or otherwise modified.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.

  • Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.

  • Injury or Damage to Person or Property If either party suffers injury or damage to person or property because of an act or omission of the other party, or of others for whose acts such party is legally responsible, written notice of such injury or damage, whether or not insured, shall be given to the other party within a reasonable time not exceeding twenty-one (21) calendar days after discovery. The notice shall provide sufficient detail to enable the other party to investigate the matter.

  • No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use.   • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Activity A Connected Account may perform Activity, or you may perform Activity on behalf of a Connected Account, depending on how you integrate the Stripe API into your Platform Services. You are responsible for all Activity initiated by you, your representatives, and any individual or entity using your credentials, including your Stripe Account login and password and your Stripe API key. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, where either Stripe or a Connected Account incurs any losses, damages or costs based on unauthorised Activity initiated by you or on your behalf, as between Stripe and you, you are liable for those losses, damages or costs.

  • Area of Concern Cracks in walkways and/or patios within property boundaries and/or driveway.   • Occupancy Rights The School shall possess the lawful right to occupy and use the premises on which the School operates. The School shall provide the Commission a copy of the School's lease, deed, or other occupancy agreement for all locations identified in Exhibit A (Educational Program), except if the School occupies DOE school facilities.

  • Surface Course The Material placed on the Base Course or Subgrade to enhance traction, distribute concentrated wheel loads and resist abrasion and the effects of climate. Surface Course may be referred to as surfacing. Traveled Way. That portion of Roadway, excluding Shoulders, used for the movement of vehicles.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).
