Speculative Seismic Data. The Parties hereto may have in their possession certain seismic data licensed from Third Parties ("Speculative Seismic Data") which impose various restrictions and limitations on either Party's right to use disclose and/or display such data relating to the properties identified in Exhibit "A" or Exhibit "B". Treatment of this Speculative Seismic Data will be controlled under confidentiality provisions specified in Section 20.2 below.
