Speculative Investment. Purchaser’s investment in the Company represented by the Plan Shares is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part. The amount of such investment is within Purchaser’s risk capital means and is not so great in relation to Purchaser’s total financial resources as would jeopardize the personal financial needs of Purchaser or Purchaser’s family in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.
Speculative Investment the Subscriber understands that an investment in the Shares is a speculative investment and that there is no guarantee of success of the Company's management's plans. Management's plans are an effort to apply present knowledge and experience to project a future course of action which is hoped will result in financial success employing the Company's assets and with the present level of management's skills and of those whom the Company will need to attract (which cannot be assured). Additionally, all plans are capable of being frustrated by new or unrecognized or unappreciated present or future circumstances which can typically not be accurately, or at all, predicted;
Speculative Investment. The Purchaser is aware that an investment in the Securities is highly speculative and subject to substantial risks. The Purchaser is capable of bearing the high degree of economic risk and the burden of this venture, including, but not limited to, the possibility of complete loss of the Purchaser’s investment in the Securities which make liquidation of this investment impossible for the indefinite future.
Speculative Investment. The Purchaser understands that an investment in the Shares is a speculative investment which involves a high degree of risk of loss of the Purchaser’s investment therein. The Purchaser is able to bear the economic risk of such investment for an indefinite period of time, including the risk of a complete loss of the Purchaser’s investment in such securities.
Speculative Investment. Manufacturer acknowledges that the investment in Geron represented by the Shares is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part; the amount of such investment is within Manufacturer’s risk capital means and is not so great in relation to Manufacturer’s total financial resources as would jeopardize the personal financial needs of Manufacturer in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.
Speculative Investment. I am aware that the Securities are a speculative investment that involves a high degree of risk including, but not limited to, the risk of losses from operations of the Company and the total loss of my investment. I have such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Securities and have obtained, in my judgment, sufficient information from the Company to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Company. I have not utilized any person as my purchaser representative (as defined in Rule 501(h)) in connection with evaluating such merits and risks and have relied solely upon my own investigation in making a decision to invest in the Company. I have been urged to seek independent advice from my professional advisors relating to the suitability of an investment in the Company in view of my overall financial needs and with respect to the legal and tax implications of such investment. I believe that the investment in the Securities is suitable for me based upon my investment objectives and financial needs, and I have adequate means for providing for my current financial needs and contingencies and have no need for liquidity with respect to my investment in the Company. The investment in the Company does not constitute all or substantially all of my investment portfolio.

Transgenomic acknowledges that the investment in Geron represented by the Shares is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part; the amount of such investment is within Transgenomic's risk capital means and is not so great in relation to Transgenomic's total financial resources as would jeopardize the personal financial needs of Transgenomic in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.
Speculative Investment. Investor is aware that the Shares are a speculative investment that involve a high degree of risk and Investor may suffer the total loss of its investment. Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and have obtained, in Investor’s judgment, sufficient information to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares. Investor has not utilized any person as its purchaser representative (as defined in Regulation D) in connection with evaluating such merits and risks and has relied solely upon its own investigation in making a decision to invest in the Shares. Investor has been urged to seek independent advice from its professional advisors relating to the suitability of an investment in the Shares in view of its overall financial needs and with respect to the legal and tax implications of such investment. Investor believes that the investment in the Shares is suitable for it based upon its investment objectives and financial needs, and Investor has adequate means for providing for its current financial needs and contingencies and has no need for liquidity with respect to its investment in the Shares. The investment in the Shares does not constitute a significant portion of Investor’s investment portfolio.

The Holder’s investment in the Company represented by the Securities is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part; the amount of such investment is within the Holder’s risk capital means and is not so great in relation to the Holder’s total financial resources as would jeopardize the financial condition of the Holder in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.
Speculative Investment. The Acquirer acknowledges that the investment in the Company represented by the Shares is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part; the amount of such investment is within the Acquirer's risk capital means and is not so great in relation to the Acquirer's total financial resources as would jeopardize the personal financial needs of the Acquirer in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.
