Speculative Investment. Purchaser’s investment in the Company represented by the Plan Shares is highly speculative in nature and is subject to a high degree of risk of loss in whole or in part. The amount of such investment is within Purchaser’s risk capital means and is not so great in relation to Purchaser’s total financial resources as would jeopardize the personal financial needs of Purchaser or Purchaser’s family in the event such investment were lost in whole or in part.

Speculative Investment the Subscriber understands that an investment in the Shares is a speculative investment and that there is no guarantee of success of the Company's management's plans. Management's plans are an effort to apply present knowledge and experience to project a future course of action which is hoped will result in financial success employing the Company's assets and with the present level of management's skills and of those whom the Company will need to attract (which cannot be assured). Additionally, all plans are capable of being frustrated by new or unrecognized or unappreciated present or future circumstances which can typically not be accurately, or at all, predicted;
Speculative Investment. The Purchaser is aware that an investment in the Securities is highly speculative and subject to substantial risks. The Purchaser is capable of bearing the high degree of economic risk and the burden of this venture, including, but not limited to, the possibility of complete loss of the Purchaser’s investment in the Securities which make liquidation of this investment impossible for the indefinite future.
Speculative Investment. The Purchaser understands that an investment in the Shares is a speculative investment which involves a high degree of risk of loss of the Purchaser’s investment therein. The investment in the Company does not constitute all or substantially all of my investment portfolio.
