Spiegel Group's Business. Spiegel Group shall do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence and to comply with all Applicable Laws in connection with its business and the sale of Goods and Services. Spiegel Group shall provide to Bank upon request not more than once per quarter a forecast of Spiegel Group's total sales and the forecasted number of stores and a weekly unaudited report of the actual total sales by sales channel.
