Spill Conditions Sample Clauses

The Spill Conditions clause defines the requirements and procedures that must be followed in the event of a spill, such as the release of hazardous materials or substances. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved, including immediate notification, containment, and cleanup measures, as well as any reporting obligations to authorities. This clause ensures that spills are managed promptly and effectively, minimizing environmental damage and legal liability for all parties.
