Common use of Split Classes Clause in Contracts

Split Classes. 22 1. All elementary school grade level teachers required to teach a split class shall 23 receive compensation equal to overload of two (2) students. Additionally, in 24 the event a split class reaches impact, the overload payment will be triggered 25 at the lowest grade level of the students in the class. At the discretion of the 26 teacher, use of these resources may include, but are not limited to, any one, or 27 any combination of items “a” through “e” below, OR item “f”. 28
