Family Medical Leave. (a) An employee is entitled to family medical leave in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
Family Medical Leave. (a) Family Medical Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act for up to eight (8) weeks within a twenty-six (26) week period.
Family Medical Leave. A request for Family Medical Leave will be granted in accordance with the ESA for up to eight (8) weeks within a twenty-six (26) week period. An employee who is on Family Medical Leave shall continue to accumulate seniority and service and both the employer and employee will continue to pay their respective shares of the benefit and pension premiums in which the employee is participating during the leave. The employee shall be reinstated to her or his former position.

Family Medical Leave. 23.10.1 An employee is entitled to up to eight (8) weeks leave of absence without pay in accordance with the Family Medical Leave provisions of the Employment Standards Act and Regulations, as amended.

An eligible Unit Member shall be entitled to up to twelve (12) work weeks of unpaid leave within a twelve (12) month period for family and medical reasons under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, and the California Family Rights Act (“family medical leave”). The following provisions shall be interpreted in accordance with those statutes and accompanying regulations.
Family Medical Leave. (a) An employee may take a leave of absence, without pay, for up to 8 weeks to provide care or support to a seriously ill family member. Family Medical Leave shall be taken pursuant to the provisions of Section 49.1 of the ESA.

Family Medical leave may be taken for up to (8) eight weeks of unpaid leave per year to provide care and support to certain family members for whom a qualified health practitioner has issued a certificate stating that this family member has a serious illness with a significant risk of death occurring within a period of 26 weeks.
Family Medical Leave. 18.07 Family medical leave may be granted to provide care and support to a family member whose illness is potentially fatal pursuant to the Employment Standards Act 2000, C.9, as amended.
