Split shipment. You will have a split shipment (also referred to as a split fulfillment) if a single purchase order results in multiple shipments of bought goods. This happens, for instance, when a cardholder has run out of stock. • If you have to split the shipment of an order, you may consider each authorisation request as part of the original purchase and may submit these authorisations with the original authentication data. • If a dispute develops between you and a cardholder, you must be able to show that these authorisation requests were related to the original, client authenticated purchase transaction. • The total amount of the split transaction must not be more than 15% of the original authentication amount. The 15% variation allows for shipping costs associated with the items.

Split shipment. (e.g., a single purchase of multiple goods, which are sent in separate shipments) What criteria must you follow to process a split shipment transaction? A split shipment transaction occurs when a Cardmember makes a single purchase of multiple individually priced goods and the goods are delivered to the Cardmember in multiple shipments. Unit prices and items sold as a set must not be billed as separate Charges. You may obtain a single Authorisation and submit multiple Charge Records for the purpose of completing a split shipment transaction. The Authorisation will be valid for up to seven (7) days after the Authorisation date. To accept the Card for split shipment transactions, you must: • state your full cancellation and refund policies; • advise the Cardmember of the Authorisation amount that will be requested; • disclose and obtain the Cardmember’s consent that the items from the purchase will be delivered separately and billed as separate Charges; • provide the estimated delivery date(s); and • submit a Charge Record only after each item has shipped.   • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice.

  • Packaging and Shipment All articles are to be packed in accordance with sound commercial practices to obtain the lowest transportation rates unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order and comply with requirements of common carriers. Shipments will be valued so as to obtain the lowest transportation rate and must be made by NETAPP's choice of common carrier if specified in the purchase order. Transportation insurance for loss or damage will not be purchased by NETAPP unless specifically directed. Excess transportation costs resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be debited to Seller's account. Unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order, packaging must conform to NETAPP's specifications and should be constructed for handling with a mechanical device. A complete packing list specifying NETAPPs applicable purchase order number, quantity of Goods shipped, and part number shall be enclosed with all shipments hereunder. Seller shall mark each container with necessary lifting, loading and shipping information, including the NETAPP purchase order number, date of shipment, and name and address of consignor and consignee. Seller shall bear the expense of any premium transportation charges unless otherwise agreed. Prepaid transportation charges appearing on Xxxxxx's invoice must be supported by a paid freight bill and bill of lading.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Bulk Migration 2.1.9.1 If Telepak Networks requests to migrate twenty-five (25) or more UNE- Port/Loop Combination (UNE-P) customers to UNE-Loop (UNE-L) in the same Central Office on the same due date, Telepak Networks must use the Bulk Migration process, which is described in the BellSouth CLEC Information Package, “UNE-Port/Loop Combination (UNE-P) to UNE-Loop (UNE-L) Bulk Migration.” This CLEC Information package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time, is located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxx/xxxx.xxxx. The rates for the Bulk Migration process shall be the nonrecurring rates associated with the Loop type being requested on the Bulk Migration, as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. Additionally, OSS charges will also apply per LSR generated per customer account as provided for in the Bulk Migration Request. The migration of loops from Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) will be done pursuant to Section 2.6 of this Attachment.

  • Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.
