Splitting Prohibited Sample Clauses

Splitting Prohibited. Any attempt by Design-Build Entity to avoid compliance with the Act, such as, but not limited to, by splitting the work of subcontracts with Subcontractors into separate contracts or change orders so as to not exceed the monetary threshold of the Act applicable to listing of Subcontractors, is strictly prohibited.
