Common use of Sponsor Compliance Clause in Contracts

Sponsor Compliance. The degree to which the organization has demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all relevant federal and State funding requirements (provided it has served as the primary project Sponsor of a federally-assisted and/or federally/State-assisted project) at any time during the prior five-year period.
