Sponsor Directors. The Sole Member shall designate four Directors as “FS Directors” or as “SP Directors” or any combination thereof (collectively, the “Sponsor Directors”). The initial Sponsor Directors in office at the Closing Date and their classification as SP Directors or FS Directors are set forth on Exhibit A hereto. The Chief Executive Officer shall be one of the Sponsor Directors.
