Sponsor, to the extent required by law, shall maintain in full force and effect throughout the performance of the Study sufficient insurance to cover the relevant liability of the Sponsor for any damage suffered by the Study subjects as a result of their participation in the Study. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request.
