Common use of Sponsor Insurance Clause in Contracts

Sponsor Insurance. During the Term of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to carry worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance, in such amounts as may be required by law, for any personnel Sponsor may utilize for the delivery, installation, maintenance, repair and removal of the Product.

Sponsor Insurance. During the Term of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to carry worker’s workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurance, in such amounts as may be required by law, for any personnel Sponsor may utilize for the delivery, installation, maintenance, repair and removal of the ProductProducts. See Exhibit "A".
