Common use of Sponsor’s Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Sponsor’s Trademarks. Sponsor’s trademarks, label designs, product identifications, artwork and other symbols and devices associated with Sponsor’s Products (“Sponsor’s Trademarks”) are and shall remain Sponsor’s property, and Sponsor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to protect such Sponsor’s Trademarks through U.S. federal registrations and foreign registrations as it deems desirable and through reasonable prosecution of infringements.
