Product Display. 16.1. You must ensure that Products ordered are suitable for display. 16.2. You must ensure that the display and offering for sale of any products meet all statutory and other lawful requirements.

Product Display. All products must be sold, displayed and stored from a surface above the ground. All vendors must utilize tables, shelves, cases or other structures for these purposes. Vendors must clearly display the prices of each product, either on individual items, or on a sign.
Product Display. Dealer agrees to display (whether physically or in image form) in working order and in good condition, an example of each Product line currently stocked. Additionally, Dealer may be required to display the Products pursuant to this Agreement and to adhere to all other reasonable display requirements established by King Cycle.
Product Display. Sponsor will have the right to display Sponsor’s Products at Access at a mutually agreeable place completely on Sponsor’s property though adjacent to the Attraction (the “Display”). Sponsor will be responsible for specific security for the Display and the Products during any times the Attraction is open to the public. Sponsor shall be solely responsible for any lighting or additional power required by the Display. In addition, Sponsor will provide any protection from the elements which Sponsor believes the Display and/or the Products may require. The Display shall be constructed at Sponsor’s expense and shall conform to all zoning, building or other applicable state and local rules, regulations, ADA requirements and codes. The Display shall be of high caliber and shall reflect well on Owner and Sponsor.

OCIACC reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove items that may be offensive or unrelated. o Exhibitors displaying/selling food items must present them packaged and labeled. Any vendor who does not comply will be dismissed from participating. Food vendors must follow regulations and requirements established by the Florida Department of Health. The following items are prohibited from sale or consumption at the Market: • Alcoholic beverages • CBD The Market may be closed due to weather, at the request of the City of Titusville, Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, or in direct response to emergency advisories.
Product Display. 5.1 Party B's obligation is to set a zone for display and sale. The designated show places should meet the requirements of size and location set by Party A. These show places, Party A's products will be displayed and sold as the flagship products. 5.2 The standards of the product sales booth provided by Party A. The booth can come directly from Party A or can be made by Party B as A's requirements. In most cases, for large customers, who can enhance the brand image of GuoYing, the booth will be provided by Party A. For three level market outlets, according to its annual sales target, there is a negotiating schedule for the booth.
