Sponsorship Payment. Full payment of sponsorship fees must be received no later than (60) SIXTY DAYS prior to event. Failure to pay the total sponsorship amount by this date may be considered a cancellation of sponsorship by Inclusiv. Payment methods: Check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard accepted. Sponsorship Payment. A. The invoice will be issued to the Sponsor once the contract has been signed.

Sponsorship Payment a. Payment of the sponsorship contribution may be made to City by either check or Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”). Checks shall be made payable to Ogden City Corporation. City shall provide EFT instructions if requested by Sponsor.

Sponsorship Payment. The sponsorship will require the Lions Club to pay an annual fee to the Park Department in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for each of five (5) years. The first payment shall be due and payable on July 15, 2020. Subsequent payments shall begin on January 1, 2021, and shall continue for a total period of five (5) years. The Lions Club will bear the expense of the initial cost and installation of the Entertainment Stage sign in the sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Ten Dollars ($4,410.00).
Sponsorship Payment. To support Client’s charitable activities, Sponsor will make a sponsorship payment to Client in the amount and on the schedule set out in the Sponsorship Plan. Payment schedules must be completed thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date. All sponsorships are first come, first served. Sponsors paying by credit card will incur an additional five percent (5%) transaction fee.
