ADDENDUM CONTROLLING. In the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum will control.
ADDENDUM CONTROLLING. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, in the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum will control. Any term or condition of the Agreement that is not superseded by a term or condition of this Addendum shall remain in full force and effect.

ADDENDUM CONTROLLING. To the extent the provisions of this Addendum differ from or are inconsistent with the terms of the Agreement and Rider, the provisions of this Addendum shall govern.
