Sponsorship Prospectus and Sponsorship Application. The Sponsor warrants and agrees that: (a) it has received and read the Sponsorship Prospectus thoroughly and that all information provided in the Sponsorship Application is true and correct; (b) the Sponsor is not aware of any fact or circumstance, whether actual or potential, that would cause the Sponsor to breach this Agreement, or that may entitle Us to terminate it, including for breach of clause 12.2(b) (termination for disrepute); and (c) the individual who accepts these terms and conditions is duly authorised to do so.
