The College will review the squad sizes of current teams to identify opportunities to increase participation opportunities for female students to the maximum extent feasible consistent with the nature of each sport and the level of interest in each sport while still ensuring that meaningful intercollegiate athletic participation opportunities are being provided for all team members.
