Common use of Spot Contract Payments Clause in Contracts

Spot Contract Payments. You must initiate payment into our account of the full amount required to settle a Spot Contract on the day the Transaction becomes legally binding in accordance with clause 4. If we have not received the funds within 2 Business Days, we reserve the right to Close Out the Transaction in accordance with clause 9.
