SPOUSE’S CONSENT. The spouse of the Pledgor executes this Agreement expressly granting her consent, as required by Section 1277 of the Argentine Civil Code, to the pledge of the Pledged Stock, to all other share transfers that may occur as a result of the foreclosure of the Pledge.
