Withdrawing your consent. If you decide to receive notices and disclosures from GSD electronically, you may at any time change your mind and inform GSD you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. The procedure concerning how you may inform GSD of your decision to receive future notices and disclosures in paper format as well as withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically is stated in Section D, immediately below.

Withdrawing your consent to this Disclosure and Consent while in a session regarding one transaction package will not prevent you from later logging into the Signature Service to review and execute a different transaction package, provided that you provide consent at the time of log in. By providing your electronic signature for a given transaction document using the Signature Service, you agree that you are legally bound by such document and you are solely and fully responsible for fulfilling all duties and obligations set forth in such document just as though you had signed in ink a paper copy of such document.
