SPOUSE’S CONSENT. ‌ The Spouse of the Borrower named in the Registered Mortgage Form, by signing the Registered Mortgage Form, consents to the transaction evidenced by the Charge and releases all claim or interest that such Spouse has or may have in the Lands to the extent necessary to give effect to the rights of the Bank under the Charge, and agrees that the Bank may, without further notice, deal with the Lands and the charge created by the Charge as the Bank may see fit.
