Common use of Spring Deadline Clause in Contracts

Spring Deadline. The governing body of a charter school that submits its letter of intent in accordance with paragraph (e)2. shall file an amendment application with the authorizer by February 14. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or state-observed holiday, the amendment application shall be due on the next business day.

If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or state-observed holiday, the amendment application letter of intent shall be due on the next business day.
