If no Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement, the 60th day after the Issue Date; provided, however, that if a Shelf Notice is given after the 50th day after the Issue Date, then the Filing Date with respect to the Initial Shelf Registration shall be the 15th calendar day after the date of the giving of such Shelf Notice; and (B) in each other case (which may be applicable notwithstanding the consummation of the Exchange Offer), the 30th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice.

(d) proof of payment of the prescribed fees.
Filing Date. The last possible date for filing the license in the Human Resources Office is January 15 of each year in order to have seniority rights to a position in that area of licensure.
Filing Date.
(1) The Organization shall grant as the filing date the date of receipt of the application, written in one of its working languages, by the Ministry responsible for industrial property or by the Organization, provided that, at the time of receipt, the application contains
(a) an express or implicit indication that the grant of a patent is requested;
(b) information whereby the identity of the applicant may be established;
(c) a part which, at first sight, purports to be the description of an invention and one or more claims;
(d) proof of payment of the prescribed fees.
(2) The filing date of an international application shall be that assigned to it by the receiving Office.
Filing Date. (A) If no Exchange Offer Registration Statement has been filed by the Issuers pursuant to this Agreement, August 24, 2006; and (B) in each other case (which may be applicable notwithstanding the consummation of the Exchange Offer), the 30th day after the delivery of a Shelf Notice.
Filing Date. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, on the Closing Date fully executed and acknowledged copies of the Certificate of Merger meeting the requirements of Delaware Law shall be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
