Sprint PCS Products and Services. Manager must offer for sale, promote and support all Sprint PCS Products and Services within the Service Area, unless the parties otherwise agree in advance in writing. Within the Service Area, Manager may only sell, promote and support wireless products and services that are Sprint PCS Products and Services or are other products and services authorized under Section 3.2. The Sprint PCS Products and Services as of the date of this agreement are attached as Exhibit 3.

Sprint PCS Products and Services. Manager acknowledges that Licensee must offer for sale, promote, and support all Sprint PCS Products and Services (as defined in the Licensee Management Agreement), unless the Parties otherwise agree in advance in writing, subject to the exceptions set forth in the Licensee Management Agreement. During the Term of this Agreement, Manager acknowledges that Licensee must participate in the Sprint PCS National or Regional Distribution Programs, the Sprint PCS National Accounts Program and the Sprint PCS Roaming and InterService Area Programs. In addition, the Parties acknowledge that the pricing of the Sprint PCS Products and Services shall be governed by the Licensee Management Agreement.
