SSA. If the results of the CPA’s review indicate that the Requesting Party has not complied with any term or condition of this User Agreement, SSA may: 1. Perform its own onsite inspection, audit, compliance review, 2. Refer the report to its Office of the Inspector General for appropriate action, including referral to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution, 3. Suspend CBSV services, 4. Terminate this User Agreement; and/or, 5. Take any other action SSA deems appropriate. See Attachment E for a list of the compliance and the non-compliance assertions.
