Common use of SSI Work Plan Clause in Contracts

SSI Work Plan. Proponent will submit a work plan that describes the activities proposed to further characterize soil, soil gas, surface water and/or groundwater. The work plan should also include a health and safety plan, quality assurance/quality control plan, sampling plan, and implementation schedule. Proponent will begin implementation of the approved work plan in accordance with the approved implementation schedule. DTSC may provide oversight of work plan implementation.
