Site Visit. 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.
Site Visit. 11.1. All Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the Site and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost or performance of the Project. In no event will a failure to inspect the Site constitute grounds for withdrawal of a Bid after opening or for a claim after award of the Contract.
11.2. A Scheduled Site Visit may be held subject to Article 1 herein.
11.2.1. Nothing stated at the Scheduled Site Visit shall change the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents unless a change is made by Xxxxxxx as provided in Article 9 above and in accordance with the PPB Rules.
11.2.2. At least five (5) Days prior to the Scheduled Site Visit, a Bidder should notify the Authorized Agency Contact Person of the number of representatives that will attend.
11.2.3. All representatives of the Bidder may be required to submit executed releases in order to participate in the Scheduled Site Visit.
Site Visit. A visit to the Site for one day (8 hours) by the Design Professional or consultant, inclusive of all travel time, professional time, documentation time, travel expenses, meals, lodging, and incidental expenses. Site Visits shall be accounted in half-day increments (i.e., 0 to 4 hours expended in a single day equal one-half visit; 4 to 8 hours equal one visit). (See also Paragraph 2.2.6.1 below.)
Site Visit. The Bidder, at the Bidder’s own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the Works. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidder’s own expense.
Site Visit. A visit to the Site for performance of construction contract administration by the Design Professional or consultant, inclusive of all travel time, professional time, documentation time, travel expenses, meals, lodging, and incidental expenses. One site visit shall require a minimum of 4 hours. Site Visits may be accounted in half-day increments (i.e., less than 4 hours expended in a single day equal one-half visit;).. (See also Paragraph 2.2.9.1 below.)
Site Visit. The Authorizer designee(s) shall make at least one annual visit to the Schoolxviii (“Annual Site Visit”). The Authorizer its designee(s) or legal counsel, however, may conduct such monitoring activities in its performance review as it deems appropriate to ensure that the School is complying with applicable law, the terms of this Contract and Essential Documents. Except in extraordinary circumstances, Authorizer visits should be pre-arranged and with reasonable notice to avoid needless disruption of the educational process. The Authorizer, or its designee(s) reserves the right to make unannounced visits to open meetings, or to the School.
Site Visit. The Project Consultant shall, prior to commencing Phase I Project Validation activities, receive a fully approved and executed ATP and Purchase order (See 5.2.3), visit and inspect the site to verify if existing conditions conform to those outlined in the scope of work that have been provided by the Owner:
.1 Take photographs and make written documentation, sketches, notes or reports to confirm and record the general condition and age of the existing equipment and site with particular attention to the following building/site elements as appropriate to the Project:
.1 All above ceiling areas.
.2 Power supplies, switch gear, breaker panels, electrical room, electrical vault, transformers and mechanical room.
.3 Major components of existing HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and primary ductwork runs.
.4 Roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems.
.5 Site drainage systems and water retention characteristics.
.6 Determine age and condition of fixed equipment.
.7 Life safety, fire alarms, public address, generators and emergency lighting.
Site Visit. The Department recommends that bidders visit the site during the tender period to become familiar with and take into account the existing bridge system and all relevant surrounding site conditions. The successful Contractor to have included in tender price all costs associated with performing all aspects of the work which are affected by existing conditions or related existing conditions which arise as a result of performing any aspect of the work. The Contractor shall investigate the possible presence of underground utilities/services which maybe encountered while performing the work, and take into account all associated precautions and/or altered work methods. No additional compensation will be provided for any work items affected by existing site conditions. Bidders are responsible for their own safety during the site visit, and are not to negatively affect the safety of the travelling public.
Site Visit. 6.1 The Bidder is advised to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain for itself on its own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid and entering into a Contract for the required job. The costs of visiting the site shall be borne by the Bidder.
6.2 The Bidder or any of its personnel or agents shall be granted permission by the Employer to enter upon its premises and land for the purpose of such visits, but only upon the express conditions that the Bidder, its personnel and agents will release and indemnify the Employer and its personnel, agents from and against all liabilities in respect thereof, and will be responsible for death or injury, loss or damage to property, and any other loss, damage, costs, and expenses incurred as a result of inspection.
6.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to hold any claim against GGPL for non- compliance due to lack of any kind of pre-requisite information as it is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain all the necessary information with regard to site, surrounding, working conditions, weather etc. on its own before submission of the bid.
Site Visit. The School District may visit the Charter School at least once as a component of the Mid-Term evaluation as defined in the Charter School Performance Framework. The School District may, at its discretion, conduct formal, targeted school visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of its oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; inspection of records maintained by the Charter School; and interviews of school and other stakeholders.
