Common use of SSO PLACEMENT Clause in Contracts

SSO PLACEMENT. 6.9.1 This clause is to be read in substitution of clause 4.4 of the SSO safety net award, provided that the terms of the document entitled “Procedure for the Recruitment and Selection of Ancillary Staff in Schools and Preschools” will not be affected except to the extent of inconsistency with this Enterprise Agreement or variation agreed from time to time as between DECD, the AEU and the PSA.
