StadCo’s Obligation to Remove. All the StadCo Personal Property installed, placed or used in the operation of the Premises throughout the Term shall be deemed to be the property of StadCo. All such StadCo Personal Property shall be removed by StadCo within thirty (30) days after the Term Expiration Date, provided that StadCo shall promptly repair any damage to the Premises caused by such removal.
