Stadium Parking. Parking for Stadium events will be located in parking areas owned by the City and the Agency as well as in private lots in commercial areas that contract with the Stadium Authority to provide parking. The Stadium Authority, in cooperation with 49ers Stadium Company, will be responsible for managing and operating parking for the Stadium.

Stadium Parking. For all TeamCo Events, StadCo shall provide TeamCo and its employees, patrons and guests with access to, and use of, the parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located at the Stadium or located on any additional site off the Stadium that is owned or leased by StadCo (collectively, “Parking Areas”). For each TeamCo Event, StadCo shall manage and control the parking operations at the Stadium or any off-premises parking location. TeamCo shall have the right to establish (and thereafter change from time to time) the parking fees charged during TeamCo Events for use of the parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located at the Stadium and on off-premises parking locations. During TeamCo Events, TeamCo shall have the exclusive right of use of the Parking Areas.
Stadium Parking. For all UNLV Events, Licensor shall provide Licensee and its employees, licensees, patrons and guests with access to, and use of, the parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located on the Premises or located on any additional site off the Premises that is owned or leased by Licensor (any such additional site, an “Off-Premises Parking Location”), in substantially the same manner as such areas are provided for Raiders Team home games; provided, however, that Licensor shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion from time to time, to close off certain parking areas based on the attendance for UNLV Events. For each UNLV Event, Licensor shall manage and control the parking operations at the Premises or any Off-Premises Parking Location. Licensee shall receive all of the Net Parking Revenue generated from parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located on the Premises. Licensor shall receive all revenue generated from parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located on any Off-Premises Parking Location. Licensee shall have the right to establish (and thereafter change from time to time) the parking fees charged for use of the parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located on the Premises; provided, however, that such fees shall be reasonable and customary. Licensee shall consider in good faith any suggestion made from time to time by Licensor as to the pricing to be charged for use of such parking spaces and designated tailgating areas on the Premises. Licensor shall have the right to establish (and thereafter change from time to time) the parking fees charged for use of the parking spaces and designated tailgating areas on Off-Premises Parking Locations; provided, however, that such fees shall be reasonable and customary. Licensor shall consider in good faith any suggestion made from time to time by Licensee as to the pricing to be charged for use of such parking spaces and designated tailgating areas on any Off-Premises Parking Location.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
