Merchandising 15.01. Artist hereby grants G2 the exclusive right to manufacture, sell, license, distribute and exploit, through the Universe and by mail-order and through retail sources of, without limitation, all merchandise or every kind featuring the Artist (name/logo/likeness), during the term of this Agreement.
Parking and Transportation The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.
Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.
Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. If necessary to assess extent of defect, Purchaser shall make sample saw cuts or wedges. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
Mining and Industrial Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in mining and industry sectors, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist; and (b) to build on existing agreements and arrangements already in place between the Parties. 2. Mining and Industrial cooperation may include work in, but not be limited to, the following areas: (a) bio-mining (mining using biotechnology procedures); (b) mining techniques, specially underground mining, and conventional metallurgy; (c) productivity in mining; (d) industrial robotics for mining and other sector applications; (e) informatics and telecommunication applications for mining and industrial plant production; and (f) software development for mining and industrial applications. 3. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to: (a) exchange of information, documentation and institutional contacts in areas of interest; (b) mutual access to academic, industrial and entrepreneurial networks in the area of mining and industry; (c) identification of strategies, in consultation with universities and research centres, that encourage joint postgraduate studies, research visits and joint research projects; (d) exchange of scientists, researchers and technical experts; (e) promotion of public/private sector partnerships and joint ventures in the support of the development of innovative products and services specially related to productivity in the sector activities; (f) technology transfer in the areas mentioned in paragraph 2; (g) designing of innovation technology models based in public/private cooperation and association ventures; and (h) information and experience exchange on mining environmental issues.
Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.
Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.
