Common use of Staff Appearance Clause in Contracts

Staff Appearance. Vendor shall ensure that all Vendor Staff maintain a well- groomed appearance and wear appropriate work attire at all times while performing any Services pursuant to this Agreement. Appropriate work attire includes, but is not limited to clean and appropriate footwear, khaki type pants, and collared shirts. Vendor Staff is prohibited from wearing denim (blue jeans) or short pants while at a Citizens’ policyholders’ home or business.
